The funds advised by EMERAM invest in the consumer, technology/software and service sectors. Their total volume currently stands at EUR 650 million. In general, the funds acquire a significant stake in the company and give the respective management team an opportunity to invest, too.

Dr. Klaus-Peter Gushurst
Senior Advisor
Dr. Klaus-Peter Gushurst is a long-term strategy consultant with a broad range of leadership functions in his over more than 30-years consulting career. Among other things, he was a Member of the Board of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Germany and was responsible for the industrial sectors, several DAX and family businesses clients.
Prior to that, until the acquisition of Booz & Company by PwC in 2014, Klaus-Peter was a global Senior Partner and Managing Partner of the Executive team of Booz Allen & Hamilton, Booz & Company in the DACH region and a member of the Global Board. His focus was on strategy, governance, organization, and operational programs for clients. He has also worked in various advisory roles (start-ups, venture capital, technology partners etc.) for PwC and Booz.
Klaus-Peter holds a degree in Economics and a PhD from the University of Freiburg. He was a Board Member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Germany, a member of the Atlantik-Brücke, Economic Advisory Councial Germany and responsible for the partnership with the World Economic Forum (WEF).
