Investment company EMERAM: Portfolio company diva-e acquires Salesforce specialist Howiger

Munich, 26 November 2021: The digital service provider diva-e, a portfolio company of the investment company EMERAM, continues its growth course and has acquired the Salesforce specialist Howiger GmbH, Jena. With this acquisition, diva-e extends its consulting offering as an end-to-end provider for digital platforms in the Salesforce areas of CRM, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

Howiger GmbH has extensive experience in consulting, implementation and operation of digitalisation projects, including in the automotive & mobility and pharmaceutical industries. In addition, Howiger is a certified MuleSoft partner specialising in data integration. The Howiger team will be integrated within diva-e as an independent competence centre and will contribute significantly to the future growth of the group. Together with data tools such as MuleSoft, Salesforce is used as the backbone of digitalisation for medium-sized and large companies. The MuleSoft platform connects data sources with applications, enables process analysis and offers connectors for SaaS applications. In addition to implementing complex business logic, Howiger possesses a high level of expertise in integrating with third-party or ERP systems.
