diva-e Digital Value Enterprise GmbH strengthens ist consultancy expertise
Through the acquisition of Digital Transformation Group GmbH (DT-Group) from Munich, diva-e Digital Value Enterprise GmbH strengthens its digital strategy consultancy expertise in digital business models, customer-journey and big data management. Through the analytic approach, methods and the tools of the DT-Group, companies can accurately carry out transformation processes and augment the relevance of on-line marketing initiatives.
As of September 30th, 2016 diva-e Digital Value Enterprise GmbH has taken over Digital Transformation Group GmbH, the company of digital experts Albert Brenner and Prof. Dr. Peter Gentsch. Through this acquisition, diva-e adds value to its digital strategy consulting spectrum, including expertise in the areas of customer-journey consultancy and tracking, big data analysis, as well as tools and methods used to plan and implement digitalization projects. Digital Transformation Group (DT-Group) is now under the umbrella of diva-e as an independent business unit.
The DT-Group supports companies with its digital status definitions, the development and implementation of a digitalization strategy, as well as with the transformation to digital business models. During the last years they developed a tool based consultant model to analyze and optimize digital transformation processes and has implemented them in large companies.
