Our strategy

EMERAM is a leading independent equity investment company for SMEs. Our focus is on high-growth companies in German-speaking countries – in the technology/software, value-added services and Non-discretionary consumer sectors. We regard ourselves as a business development partner, and foster the long-term, sustainable growth of our portfolio companies with capital and expertise.

EMERAM has extensive experience in equity investment management. Our team specialises in supporting companies to reach the next level of their development. Most of our 20-plus employees have been working for EMERAM for many years. Our working culture is defined by team spirit, entrepreneurial thinking, trust, and a long-term approach.

Our goal is clear: we aim to continuously enhance companies, hence our role as a business development partner. At present, the portfolio of funds that we advise comprises eight companies in three attractive sectors: technology/software, value-added services and Non-discretionary consumer sectors. We help them to achieve organic and inorganic growth, e.g. through follow-on acquisitions or by tapping into new markets and target groups.
