The acquisition marksa strategicmilestone in sofatutor's development from aleading provider inthe German-speaking market to a European EdTechcompany. EMERAM activelysupports this growthcourse and seesthe transactionas animportant step towardsbuilding a leadingdigital education platformin Europe.With morethan 2million users, around7,000 learningvideos and over200,000 interactive exercises,sofatutor is oneof themost comprehensivedigital learning platformsin the German-speaking countries. SchoolMouv, founded inToulouse in 2013,is anonline learning platformfocused on theFrench curriculum withvideos, structured courses,interactive quizzes, aflashcard product andAI-supported learning contentgeneration. The companyemploys around 40people and willcontinue to operateon themarket as anindependent brand withits ownmanagement.
