Theresia von Grafenstein
Theresia has extensive experience in executive search and human resources. Prior to joining EMERAM, she worked for the executive search companies Egon Zehnder and Spencer Stuart, as well as in human resources at Henkel. Her experience includes filling C-level and board positions, recruiting, talent management and operational human resources. Theresia holds a Master`s Degree in Economics from the LMU Munich and is a trained systemic coach.
