Matrix42 has posted substantial growth both in Germany and worldwide in recent years. With support from EMERAM, the company has completed three follow-on acquisitions in North America and elsewhere, and has successfully achieved market entry in France, Spain, Italy and the USA. In a parallel move, the product range has been expanded and the CFO office, including internal processes, and reporting have been revamped. As part of its enhanced strategy, Matrix42 has also realigned its business model from perpetual licensing to subscription.
