Oliver Bendig
Senior Advisor
Oliver is an experienced Tech CEO, Board Member and Executive Advisor with Business to Business Software and agile development background. In the last 20 years Oliver has held a number of leading positions in German and US based Private Equity backed software vendors. He has successfully managed commercial and technical SaaS transformations and Company Scale-ups. Oliver is CEO of STP – The Legal Tech Company. STP is the leading European Legal Tech platform provider and serves more than 7.000 customers and operates with 400 employees across 10 locations.
Prior STP, Oliver was the CEO of Matrix42, the leading European Business to Business SaaS Platform for Enterprise Service Management and Digital Workspace Management, where he led the team, that tripled the size of the company and scaled it from a local German software vendor to a global software company with >500 employees and operations in 15 countries. Prior Matrix42, Oliver was responsible for Products & Technology at US based software vendor FrontRange solutions, which was successfully sold to US based software vendor Ivanti with 2.500 employees and operations in 60 countries. Oliver is currently on the Board of Intershop Communications AG, the leading B2B Commerce vendor, which is listed at the German Stock exchange and on the Board of Ecovium, the leading European Logistics Software Company
Oliver holds a German diploma in Business Administration & Science, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Master of Science in Computer Science (M.Sc.) from the University of Applied Sciences in Karlsruhe, Germany.
